Re-Freeze the Arctic

Place a floating nuclear power station (Russia has one, USA & Canada developing) at the Artic ocean. Add a bespoke swimming pool sized floating freezer off it’s rear. The massive freezer would continuously freeze and release blocks of sea ice (27,215 kg) into the ocean. The front would let the water in. Once frozen, the back end would open, induction heated sides would release the block of ice. A barrier would then slide from front to back releasing the ice into the water. Whilst the barrier slides back, it lets a new volume of water into the front. This would keep the weight even throughout. Depending on power consumption,

That’s an intriguing idea, can you expand on it?
I think that block of see ice should be 27,214 kg as opposed to 27,215 kg. This is the only way it’s going to work 🙂 Get your math right mate!
